Ok no one figured it out with that picture so I'll give you another part of the total. Just to help you a little this is something that would be used outside.
And because I want to help you so much I included the first picture as well as the second one. Oh,,,, don't forget that these are used outside for the most part.

Well, Hubby says I'm on my own with this one! And this picture doesn't clear the "fog" one bit! So I am thinking I will just keep checking in and find out what it is!!
