Since we were under a thunderstorm warning tonight, I powered-down the computer, making for some time for practicing with a different kind of lighting. (we didn't lose power, I was just in need of a new subject).

Here's what I came up with (only using my jpg cleanup to filter the noise)

Note: I am still shocked I had the confidence to shoot this type of lighting. Had it been 3 months ago, I'd have feared dismay.

Do you mean the message about the image being resized? If it's the resized notification you can eliminate that by keeping the size down on your images. At about 900 pixels for the width it will go away. Other wise it will always be there. HTH

Shoe fly, shoe!

I was taking pictures for the Red Assignment when a fly came upon my setting and refused to leave, so I pointed the camera in his direction zoomed in and snapped 2 shots. Then he flew away. Thus, my first not so (camera) shy fly
