I think the airforce base in Omaha contributes greatly to the widespread scatter of Omaha natives or those who lived there briefly.

Personally, I think Pittsburgh's abbreviation should be OOO.

I also had a good friend growing up whose family moved to Pittsburgh from Omaha. Her dad did something with insurance. Go figure...
