Well, that doesn't look so likely at this point.

Seems a pretty selfish request for an event that has no bearing on anyone that chooses not to attend.

Well, at least they're opening the lots later this year, so they won't be able to start drinking at 8am anymore. Six hours still gives them plenty of time to get drunk before the concert starts. The city will have additional trash cans, so I hope they utilize them for throwing up.

Lack of trash cans/dumpsters is what caused the "problem", what, once 3 years ago?

Seems pretty petty to keep blaming it for the city being too cheap to provide them. After all, the event brings in huge $$$.
