Funny, but I find that I can not trust the work quality of anyone on weed (or any other drug) or alcohol. If they're straight and sober, I can tend to trust their work quality. Means I can not hire anyone that uses either.
The country's opinion is changing and it will be legal within ten years, or sooner. The prohibitionists arguments are full of propaganda and lies. Another ten years and all the old people with reefer madness in their heads will die off and some common sense will finally come into the picture!
As a parent of two young kids....I personally find your viewpoint on the this pretty sickening.
Then do you demand your taxes be raised to provide funding to hire more cops and undercover officers to herd more people into prison over marijuana charges? And then do you demand your taxes be raised again to build more prisons that will be needed to house them all? It's going to cost a hell of a lot of money to do a better job of imprisoning our way out of society's problems with drugs.
