He need to be held accountable for this huge mistake.

2012 cannot come soon enough for us all if we survive until then.

This disaster in in Government water and the government is totally responsible for it.

Your messiahs team failed to report that this rig FAILED an inspection just 10 days before the explosion. Which was one of Obamas chosen people to take care of this.

Nice try, but there are things the government needs to do and things they do not. This was one of them they need to do, it is their job to handle disasters properly and the boy from who knows where failed miserably and I feel on purpose myself.

By the way, Obama has flip flopped more then a pancake at the Waffle House.

Translated to the truth:

Our God, The Corporation is never guilty of any wrong doing. The Corporation is our one and ONLY God. It has no responsibility except to make money. It has no responsibility to drill safely. It is our only God and can do no wrong. We worship it.

The U.S. doesn't have the laws in place where they could force BP to accept help from the Dutch or anyone else. And BP does need to be 100% responsible for the costs of this disaster. Lawyers fought for 30 years calculating the Exxon-Valdez and it was simple and contained relative to this spill. BP has lied from day one. 1000 gpd Whatever.

We Americans have allowed corporations to rule supreme and the oil industry have been the kings. If this BS disaster does not wake people up to the reality that we must regulate everything they do then what will? But regulation is not in the vocabulary of most repubs or conservatives. Even with this disaster all most of them can manage is to find a way to place all of the blame on Obama.

It just does not make sense.

Maybe this is why is took so long;

Quote:
Because the U.S. didn't want Dutch ships working the Gulf, the U.S. airlifted the Dutch equipment to the Gulf and then retrofitted it to U.S. vessels. And rather than have experienced Dutch crews immediately operate the oil-skimming equipment, to appease labour unions the U.S. postponed the clean-up operation to allow U.S. crews to be trained.
Truly astounding, the level of incompetence and corruption.

Agree. Exxon dragged their feet all the way, and challenged each and every dollar they were billed to clean up (not completely) Alaska. They paid $2.5 billion dollars. The were ordered to pay $5 billion to the people who's livelyhoods they destroyed. In the end, the Roberts court reduced the total amount to $507 million. As of 2009, they have only paid $383 million of that.

I say BP needs to put in $20 billion right now. BP made $5.5 Billion in Q1 of 2010. $3.8 billion on Q2. They will drag their feet like Exxon has. And they know the SCOTUS will let them off.

No, it doesn't make sense until you understand the motto of Repugs:

""Our God, The Corporation is never guilty of any wrong doing. The Corporation is our one and ONLY God. It has no responsibility except to make money. It has no responsibility to drill safely. It is our only God and can do no wrong. We worship it."""

But they are confused and confusing for they drool:

"OH the GOVERNMENT should've done more ! The GOVERNMENT should've done more!

It should've been BIG enough to take care of EVERYTHING, not the poor little states, NOT Our God The Corporation who CAUSED the leak!

Please, Big Government , spend as much tax money as possible!!

Flippy floppy flippy floppy

Please tell me you are just playing DUMB. Either you and your liberal counterparts just dont listen, youre playing dumb, or you are really dumb.

As a Conservative, I do believe in government. I believe we need a government. I am just for LIMITED government. The governments job is partly to PROTECT us and this country. SOOOO, when a disaster strikes, like the oil spill, we expect the government to get all hands on deck and deal with the problem. Not talk big and do next to nothing.
I could get further into detail how stupid your remarks were but whats the point. I really do hope you were just being a smart ass and dont believe what you say.
