Screw the intel, there was NO evidence Iraq presented an imminent threat while there was ample evidence in lower Manhattan that an imminent threat existed. Bush screwed the pooch by failing to alter his plans after 9/11.
He has the time to spare and it was in his neck of the woods. It was nice of him, really, but I don't know how anyone can compare his actions with that of a sitting POTUS though.
And numbers from 2009 through 2010 ? And how many visits did Obama have with the troops ?
He seems to spend more time in DC firing his Generals that disagree with him.

Well then why did Congress vote to go to Iraq ?
Obviously Congress was told something they believed.
