It might as well have been in Pravda. It has all the fanciful relevence of suggesting that the moon would have exploded if the republicans had been in power. It is the desperate attempt of the liberals to divert attention from Obama's gross economic failures- alternate universe theories. That is just hilarious.
I wonder if Elvis would have been resurrected if McCain had been elected?
Sane people deal with reality. Here is Obama's reality-
1. $1.5 trillion annual deficits
2. $14 trillion debt
3. declining GDP
4. Unemployment at 9.5% and rising (real unemployment close to 20%)
5. record mortgage defaults
6. home prices sinking
Reality is hard to face when one has created a huge mess. It is better to live in the fanciful world of "what ifs" when one is a failure. This is the political version of a escapist drug trip to avoid reality. Dump Obama and the dems.

Did they teach you to be "incurious" in your medical school?

The economy was healthy and great until January 2009.... right, hawkeye?

Nationally house prices are up nearly seven percent from the lows in 2009 with some cities showing double digit gains.
It would be nice if we could see what would happen depending on who was elected but we can't but someone has to make this stuff up to satisfy the readers, I can do it too, " if a meteor had hit the earth last year we may all be extinct" News at 11:00, WOW
The difference is this is a supposition based in math. Your statement; however, is a non sequitur.
you do know the difference between fundamentally sound and healthy right? the fact is that even today the economy IS fundamentally sound, but it is weak. we are at a crossroads right now, make the right moves and the economy gets better. make the wrong moves and it gets worse. but we still make things in this country, people are still working, profits are still being made, and the potential for better is still there.
