Apparently the OP doesn't care to understand that fiscal conservation is a logical and rational approach rather than something born from the "religious right". Again, when the Dems have no successful economic policies of their own to support they attack the opposition with baseless name calling and false accusations.
Exactly- If we were on the right track the enthusiasm would be rampant for the Democrats. Instead they know deep down their policies have crippled the nation as much as the neocons'.
Yeah, I have to agree. Considering that Obamacare is going to be stripped off funding for preventative care, one of the only good things to come out of Obamacare, it now stands as a huge win for corporate fascism only.
Obamacare was never about providing Americans with quality healthcare so forget that sad song and stop . The only thing Obamacare was about was expanding CONTROL over the American people. It never even did so much as to contain or lower the cost of healthcare.
For Obama and Pelosi this was step one to grow the government exponentially while frustrating and forcing the US population (citizens & illegals alike), through higher costs and more limited choices, into single-payer government administered socialized medicine.
Everyone that I know and speak with is fired up to vote in November. The recovery of the economy might be growing very sowly, but it is moving forward. These people want to regress to the Bush era and keep on the track of destroying the middle class.
Regress? Liberalism/socialism is a FAILED "backwards" ideology that has not worked in Europe eventhough they have been trying it perpetually for 1000's of years. Capitalism is a relatively NEW ideology and is the way forward allowing people to be responsible for themselves. That is why this country was founded.

Enough with labels. I hold no allegiance to any "party". This is a matter of the religious fanatic freaks taking over the Republican party. Where is the third party that you are voting for? How can you possibly imagine that having the hijacked Republican party at the helm will be good for this country. They handed Obama a sack of dung and you expect him to make gold out of it? He's a man doing the best he can, not an alchemist. I do not agree with every policy that has been set forth, but he is not evil...they are!

The owners of the Republican Party have convinced the religious fanatics to vote against their own economic self interest by promising the fanatics that they will be able to have the entire country worship the one Right god in the one Right way. Big Money meets Big Religion and Mammon laughs all the way to the bank.
Of course this will all be done at the expense of the people in this country that value individual freedom of religion, expression and control over their own bodies. A resurgence of the right will be the end of personal freedom and choice in this country with forced belief and forced attendance at the First Church of Greed on Earth.
I am not looking forward to this collapse of individual freedom and trying to figure out how to avoid the disaster. We do not need financial domination by the rich and social domination by weak but fanatical men that require the law to force women to have their babies.
That is right on. I have not post on here in awhile because it is useless to even talk to the right. They are fully committed to destroying the country because they are not in control. They hate everything and everyone that does not look and talk and believe exactly like them but at the same time they will lie about those same feelings. I'm sick of them. No more talk and debate we have to fight back or these evil aggressive people will destroy everyone just like the Nazi's planned to do.
