If something happened to the President and the Vice President then the speaker will take over right, so if the Republicans win then Sen Bohner will be in line right.......

Speaker of the House is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, so . . . no. Congressman Boehner perhaps.

Yes, Boehner would be next in line. What Reid has to do with it, I have no idea.

Speaker Pelosi is currently next in line.

Current order, according to WikiPedia

# Office Current Officer
1 Vice President Joe Biden
2 Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi
3 President pro tempore of the Senate Daniel Inouye
4 Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton
5 Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner
6 Secretary of Defense Robert Gates[2]
7 Attorney General Eric Holder
8 Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar
9 Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack
10 Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke
11 Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis
12 Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius
13 Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan
14 Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood
15 Secretary of Energy Steven Chu
16 Secretary of Education Arne Duncan
17 Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki
18 Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano

So if Pelosi wants to be Prez, she has until the new Congress is sworn in to take action.

I think, technically, if the GOP wins the House, the Republicans have to vote on who their Majority Leader will be and all of the House newly elected will be voting.

Senator Reid is the Senate majority leader.

Third in line to the Presidency is the speaker of the house, and for the next few weeks, thats still Nancy Pelosi

Before he died, Senator Robert Byrd was in line behind Pelosi.

The dems will have no say in who the speaker is unless they retain control. Each party picks their respective leaders and since the majority party holds the speakership, the majority party gets to choose.
