This is how it works:

1) Troops find some trucks with canisters which they believe are "WMD."

2) The media reports troops found "WMD."

3) Some moron comes to C-D and starts a thread that there are "WMD" in Iraq.

4) US Embassy officials in Iraq send a cable to Washington discussing what the troops found after interviewing or speaking with various members of the military command

and finally, several months later:

5) Military labs determine that the canisters contained freon and were used for refrigeration and not at all related to "WMD."

Of course #5 never seems to get reported in the media, and if it does, it is low priority or buried in a one paragraph article on the back-page of the front page section or no one pays it any attention or intentionally ignores it.
Wrong.. media never reported troops found WMD's.. You failed at #2, which then failed at #3, because of you rliberal name calling which is typical, which then failed at #4, because it was the UN which said canisters were found, which then failed at #5 because it wasnt refrigeration, it indeed was WMD's, just of degraded material.

Unless of course you want to tell me why The US Director of Intellingence said they were found in 2006, YEARS after they were found,

The UN from 2006 listing all types of weapons found http://www.un.org/Depts/unmovic/new/...s-2006-701.pdf

http://www.un.org/Depts/unmovic/new/...-munitions.pdf

or maybe the Department of Defense Defense.gov News Article: Munitions Found in Iraq Meet WMD Criteria, Official Says

Sorry but the evidence shows that you are wrong.. So keep the moron comments to yourself...

You didn't answer the question. Why do you respond to my post when you can't tell the difference between Sozis and Nazis. The article you posted doesn't say anything about it. Sozis referred to SPD-supporters and Nazis to NSDAP-supporters.

They didn't find WMD's, they found WWI era mustard gas that had been buried for decades as it was useless. Even Bush admitted there were no WMD's.

I also showed you how it came to be named in my post above. Feel free to correct it with FACTS.

I respect opinions but I deal in FACTS and youmust prove your case with facts otherwise it is merely another opinion. Thank you.
Already posted the origin of the word "Nazi".

NSDAP was the party of Hitler. Nazi refers to supporters of national socialism.
"Nationalsozialismus". Do you disagree with that?

Mustard gas is a WMD

define weapon of mass destruction - Bing DICTIONARY

Weapon of mass destruction: weapon causing overwhelming loss of life: a weapon, usually nuclear, biological, or chemical, that causes overwhelming devastation and loss of life

Mustard Gas

Mustard gas caused internal and external bleeding and attacked the bronchial tubes, stripping off the mucous membrane. This was extremely painful and most soldiers had to be strapped to their beds. It usually took a person four or five weeks to die of mustard gas poisoning

The use was also banned during the 1925 Geneva Convention.

Now I never want you to ever say that WMD's were not found because you just admitted they were..

Thats the only difference? The SPD supported Hitler's ideas?

Perhaps missing the point with the National Socialism discussion going on here, but of course the Nazi party does not define the end all, be all of what Socialism is. It's one thing to view them historically (and with warning). It's another thing entirely to obsessively refer only to their party when discussing socialist movements.
