wow, what a wonderful media outlet to get your information from Progress whatever. The entire survey was 100% flawed, but you believe what you want if it makes you feel good. I guess the American people were totally fooled in last months election because they all believe what FOX says, is that what you are suggesting?

The documents in Wikileaks were simply parroting the raw intelligence on things that were found at certain places in Iraq.
This is how it works:
1) Troops find some trucks with canisters which they believe are "WMD."
2) The media reports troops found "WMD."
3) Some moron comes to C-D and starts a thread that there are "WMD" in Iraq.
4) US Embassy officials in Iraq send a cable to Washington discussing what the troops found after interviewing or speaking with various members of the military command
and finally, several months later:
5) Military labs determine that the canisters contained freon and were used for refrigeration and not at all related to "WMD."
Of course #5 never seems to get reported in the media, and if it does, it is low priority or buried in a one paragraph article on the back-page of the front page section or no one pays it any attention or intentionally ignores it.

Its not a difference of kind, but degree. The SPD was part of an international socialist movement; while the Nazis were more concerned with Germany itself, hence a narrowing of the definition (for their own purposes).

I know facts are hard things for repugs to understand, here's from the liar's mouths.
Perhaps missing the point with the National Socialism discussion going on here, but of course the Nazi party does not define the end all, be all of what Socialism is. It's one thing to view them historically (and with warning). It's another thing entirely to obsessively refer only to their party when discussing socialist movements.
