A government should pass laws that punish fraud and violence. Any other law commits fraud and violence against her own citizens.

Unfortunately, there are HUGE, HUGE parts of our country and the world where there is no (or very limited water), and the soil is not able to produce food for the population. And that isn't even considering the amount of trash and waste that is produced that we must deal with.

The over consumption mentality of the "developed" nations of this world is putting severe stresses upon all of the resources of the world and causing critical shortages of many natural resources.

There are also miles and miles of virgin land untouched. If the big corporations stopped polluting our air and water for example, if we stopped the spraying of aluminum gas in the air (chemtrails) which is covering up the sun and polluting our air, land and water; stopped poisoning our water with flouride and stopped "cleaning up" oil spills with chemicals worse than the oil like Correxit that BP was allowed to use and President Obama naturally didn't bat an eyelash since BP was a huge campaign contributor... there would be no problem of lack or resources.

Also if it wasn't so easy for big corporation to bully their way in with the help of the government paid economic hitmen like John Perkins was... to take over the natural resources of other countries and pay their people slaves wages to work in and run the factories, there would be less pollution and everyone's standard of living would be higher---worldwide.

We've seen the before and after of what happens to countries who partake in so-called "free trade" agreements like NAFTA for example that scammer Al Gore was such a fan of. For example the USA had an $8 Billion trade surplus with Mexico before NAFTA we had a much lower unemployment rate before NAFTA .After NAFTA wehave a $40 Billion trade DEFICIT! Both Mexicans and Americans lost jobs and have a lower standard of living. Who benefited? The CEOs of the BIG corporations and the Govt elites who made it happen.

Examples - and the list is endless;

 1. Cannot sell cars on Sunday
 2. Cannot open a liquor store on Sunday
 3. Cannot smoke in your own bar
 4. Cannot mail a gun to your buddy
 5. Cannot cook with trans fats
 6. Cannot spit in a city park
 7. Cannot smoke pot in your own home
 8. Cannot keep your bar open past 2 AM
 9. Cannot eat foie gras
 10. Cannot ride a bike without a helmet
 11. Cannot tan in a salon twice in a 24 hour period
 12. Cannot take your 17 year old daughter to a tanning salon
 13. Cannot smoke on the beach
So true! It is getting rediculous isn't it? #9 is unbelievable! I bet the french restaurant owners aren't too happy about that. My parents loved foie gras. I don't like the chalky taste of organ meat so I'm not a fan. If they ban that then they should be consistent and ban all meat, poultry and fish.

Another thing that really rubs me the wrong way is the fact that after we buy a house or some land or a car or other big ticket tangible item and pay cash for it and should own it free and clear, if we don't keep on paying property taxes on it we can't keep it. Unfortunately property taxes go way back. They weren't as much of a scam the way the the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 was that President Wilson allowed to pass which gave us the private Federal Reserve Bank who took over control of the money supply with a view to give banksters the control and instituted a whole NEW form of taxation via the IRS ---a total scam.

I think the only kind of taxation that is fair is sales tax and their should be a cap on that.

I don't like passive smoke but I will say that in a wide open place like the beach, as long as people don't leave their cigarette butts on the beach, they should be able to smoke ESPECIALLY if the governments are going to be approving the spraying of toxins in our air. The govt needs to start being CONSISTENT. If no smoking is allowed then NO CHEMTRAILS should be allowed.

"Almost everything in America is a crime now: 14 of the most Rediculous things Americans are being arrested for"

Among the 14 things include a thirteen year old boy arrested for farting in class; a 12 year old arrested for opening a Christmas present too early; a 70 year old woman handcuffed and arrested for having a brown lawn; a rape victim beaten, bruised, handcuffed and arrested by TSA for not allowing her breasts to be touched at the airport and more.

Another interesting fact I learned is that although Americans represent 5% of the world's population 25% of the world's population are incarcerated here. Isn't that ironic for a supposedly "free" country?

Did you also know that if everyone was given 1750 square feet of space to live the entire world's population could fit in the state of Texas? So much for over population of the world...

If the entire truth was told.

Lets discuss your list.

1.A 13-year-old boy in Stuart, Florida was arrested on November 4th and charged with "Disruption of school function" by intentionally farting and turning off the computers of other students. If you are going to run around and fart in people's faces, and turn off the computers, instead of doing your classwork and executing the 1 cheek sneak, maybe you deserve a wake up call.

2. A bit more to the 12 year old story.

Mother Has 12-Year-Old Son Arrested for Opening Christmas Gift Early

He was having troubles, alreadty been arrested, but yah, this one was stupid.

3. The 70 year old women.
Betty Perry opened her door Friday at 9 a.m. to find an officer from the Orem Neighborhood Preservation Unit asking about the scruffy, brown grass in her front yard.
When she said she couldn't afford to water her lawn at 1568 S. 800 East the officer started to write her a ticket for violating the city's nuisance ordinance. The ordinance requires residents to keep a maintained, live yard.
He asked for her name to write the tkt, which he was REQUIRED to do, and she refused to answer him. At this time, she turned to walk away from him, he went to arrest her. He popped the handcuff on one wrist and she tried to pull away and tripped and fell, then she tucked her hands to her stomach trying to prevent the officer from handcuffing her, forcing him to physically force her arms behind her.

While he was excessive in following the law, if not for her own actions, this would not have happened. All she needed to do was give her name to a police officer who was doing his job. She compounded by attempting to leave, and forcing him to physically restrain her. Easy to blame the cop, but let's not ignore that she CHOSE to break the law.

4. TSA policy that anyone activating a security alarm has two options. One is to opt out and not fly, and the other option is to subject themselves to an enhanced pat down.

Had this person opted out and simply left, this would not have taken place. She could not have the body scan because of a pacemaker type device, so she was escorted for a pat down. At first she refused the pat down, and when stated she could not refuse it, then proceeded to tell people what they can and cannot do.

While I am not a huge proponent of all these procedures, until they are changed, we have to live withint the confines of the regulations. Failure to follow them can lead to arrest and a fine as much as $11,000.00.

And yet the 111th congress headed up by comrades Pelosi and Reid was recently heralded as being one of the most productive in decades.

How shear volumes of freedom suffocating legislation translate into progress is any Communists guess.

As a ray of hope, the 111th also had one of the lowest approval ratings ever, which tells me that Americans still value their freedoms.

No time for lawyering. Now you can be spied on, groped, arrested, detained, property confiscated, tortured and killed without even being able to contact a lawyer or even a family member..never mind exercize your right to a trial by jury.

But at least we are "safe" and we have our loving government that knows better than we do how to run our lives (sarcasm). We can thank President Bush and President Obama for that..and for passing the extremely anti-patriotic Patriot Act right after 9-11 and not repealing it (even tho Obama promised he would)when we were so willing and so scared of muslim terrorists. Little did we realize that our own government would turn out to be bigger terrorists than the Muslims ever could be. Now it is time to WAKE UP and not let them continue to run roughshod over us!

#3 is a rediculous law. If the lady for whatever reason couldn't keep her yard nicely manicured, she shouldn't have to. She OWNS the property and should be able to do with it as she pleased. If the policemen cared, he probably could have gotten the neighbors to pitch in and help the lady with her lawn. Arresting her was uncalled for. No city should dictate how you should care for your lawn. That should be left to HOAs and to those that are willing to abide by those rules.

The wake up call for number 1 should have been a detention or several detentions or staying after school for a week and writing over and over why it isn't acceptable to turn off computers and fart on purpose. Arresting a child for something like that is WAY OUT OF PROPORTION to the offence. Let's be fair!

Don't get me started on the T.S.A.....

A) They shouldn't be on private property in an airport disrupting business. The airlines shouldn 't even allow it.
B)There was no bill passed that Congress voted on that allowed the TSA to come in to airports and grope and harass travelers as they do nor did they approve the fines. I think that is just another example of the TSA and Homeland Security taking over and laying down the law where it has no right to.
C)Certainly it is in no way shape or form Constitutional -- nor does it even protect us. It has been proven over and over again the TSA has allowed guns to pass through; airport staff has shown access points where anyone can pass through that the TSA does not monitor.
D)They don't pay attention to no fly lists.
E)The whole thing is the epitome of REDICULOUS, UNNECESSARY and OVER THE TOP!

Oh Please. I think anyone reading that except those with their heads deep in the sand would take a report like that (about this congress being productive) with a huge grain of salt. All anyone has to do is look at the results. It is Mayhem. We are far worse off now than the day Obama was elected. Look at the price of food; look at what people are subjected to in airports; look at Walmart now with video monitors of Janet Napalitano telling shoppers to spy on each other; look at the unemployement rate; look at foreclosures.
