Hispanic males , just like Asian, White, Black or whatever are not genetically predisposed to crime and violence.

Culture, enviorment and poverty are the factors. Unfortunately there is not a quick cure all for the causes.

Better immigration enforcement, jobs and education in the long run will improve the situation.

Instead if we continue to have more Illegals flooding into the US from uneducated peasants with large families and backwards beliefs to further strain social services and take away and compete for jobs with Americans it will get worse.

Near the border or something?
Because it's like family in here...

Because they have a disproportionate representation in the commission of crime. Nothing mysterious about it.

There is more gang activity in communities where working class/poor Hispanics live.

MS-13 The World's Most Dangerous Gang 3 - YouTube

Gangs far more violent than anything ever seen in the USA. Open borders, non-existent families, over-breeding, welfare life boredom, problems of foreign countries dumped in the USA, kids hooked on hard-drugs from very young ages, foreign drug cartels.

Holy altar found in Mexican drug tunnel into California - latimes.com

Here's a great example of what I meant by my earlier post mentioning culture. They believe that they can get protection from Christ, the Virgin Mary and other Saints for their crimes.http://www.latimes.com/news/local/ca...,3438885.story
and a church built onto a drug smugglers property..

That, and because they aren't white, so they are more likely to be suspected of having committed a crime.
