Living the DC metro area I encounter a decent sized Hispanic/Mexican population (they maybe 10% of the population). Most of them seem hard working though poor. I seem to see little indication of criminality among the populace. However, I see from the statistics that Hispanic males have a disproportinate representation in prisons (lower than African Americans but more than White and Asians). Where does this come from? Near the border or something?

A good bit of it comes from prejudicial prosecutions.

Maybe they commit more crimes or are just worse at not getting caught.

At one time I had the figures for Dallas homicides and it was something like whites were 55% of the population but had only 14% of the murder charges. Hispanics, I'm sure were over represented on murder counts, but not to the extent blacks were.

I will say the average age of a hispanic male is 27 while the average age white male is 40......that must play a significant part. .....Knowing how I was....lol

Is it possible that every one of them that is an illegal alien is a criminal from the beginning of his time here?

They are the biggest perpetrators. It's just there are so many of them (Hispanics) here that proportionally you may not notice it in day to day life as you described. Try many cities and towns in CA, the majority of gangbangers are Mexicans/Hispanic They are cruel, too.

Well - look what's going on back in their own country. Nothing stops the worst and most violent killers from simply crossing over the border into the USA to escape justice. They can rape, murder, torture, kidnap and right on into this country, plus many are here working for their cartels - smuggling drugs, weapons - whatever.

Also you have to consider what very massive illegal immigration has done to their families back home - parents eagerly abandon children - leaving younger children to elderly relatives who lacked the energy to raise them, leaving older children to be raised on the streets because the Almighty Dollar was all they really cared about. Now you've got a generation of kids who grew up without parents and many of them are coming over the border.
