this bill will be voted down and will not pass for simple fact that it doesn't address cases of rape and incest and that it violates women's privacy rights.
Goes to show that republicans still don't care about women or what happens to them

Abortion is not murder in any legal sense of the word. Case closed.
Case closed? No, probably not. If the law is changed, then abortion CAN become murder - in the legal sense of the word.
It will never be changed. No politician will be willing to put their reputation on the line as to being the one that made abortion illegal. the backlash alone from the medical as well as the women in the community would be something that no one could recover from.
The key word here is person, a fetus is not a person.
This analogy is bogus.
The baby is a human life. If allowed to develop it becomes a child. It's barbaric to kill our young because they're not wanted, or because daddy was a scumbag.
