I found the answers to this in another thread to be pretty amazing, so I thought it deserved it's own thread.

So we can arrest the Republicans for replacing our Representative Republic with a corporatist tyranny?

The correct answer is: it's not illegal if you win.

Case in point, modern day Libya. If Qaddafi and Sons prevail, there will be a lot of Libyans arrested, tried and convicted of treason. If the protestors/rebels win, then the new government won't have any problem with actions of the protestors/rebels.

Edit out Republicans and replace with politicians, and you'd have been correct. But by playing the "my team is better than yours" game, you have invalidated yourself to that of a typical moonbat in the peanut gallery. You obviously have no clue how many corporate donations are made to the Democrat Party. More so than Republicans, since 1989. Your party is owned more lock, stock, and barrel than you think

I'm not aware of specific laws, but the constitution authorizes the congress to suppress any insurrection. So I can safely assume there is a law that would be broken for conspiring to overthrow the US government. The legal way is outlined in the constitution, if replacing the government with another is the idea... democratically held elections.

Most of us do all ready know this, some choose to look the other way, and ignore things when it is their party. The wittle sheeple can't fool us.

Barking Moonbats don't even realize that the #1 political special interest group in the USA is the Teacher's Union.

Nor do they realize the WI public employees are supporting "evil" corporations

Treason is the only crime specifically mentioned in the constitution, and since overthrowing the government is treason, it is a crime.
