Easy, peasy. No force required.
You can't amend the Constitution to take away the republic. That document makes us one!

You can amend the Constitution to take away anything... as long as you follow the process it outlines to do so.

You should learn to write questions that actually ask what you intended them to.

I did, now work on that comprehension. Just because you have some twisted logic and you like to play wordsmith games isn't my problem. That's all on you bro.

You are hilarious...... You cannot amend it if it contradicts it. The amendments have to be CONSTITUTIONAL. They have to fall in line with the rest of the document. You can't stick an amendment in there that says we no longer have unalienable rights. You know why? Because that very document with the BOR says that they are UNALIENABLE.

You're talking about changing form, but you've not put forth what you mean by it. In fact, you're avoiding it. Perhaps you pulled that word directly from the constitution?

How many times in my recent posts have I said I am talking about ending the Republic, not changing people. Changing people through voting is NOT anywhere close to overthrowing the Government.

Well, if that is your idea, it would require a constitutional amendment, or framing of a whole new constitution. It wasn't illegal when US constitution replaced the Articles of Confederacy. And amendments certainly aren't illegal by nature. And definitely not an "overthrow".
