The Arab League doesn't support the unprovoked bombing of Libya.

So much for Arab support.

Yeah and after listing to various TV news stations (CNN, MSNBC) they are going with the talking point that this action is just a "no fly enforcement", not a war.

Problem is they also put Obama on TV and out of Obama's mouth said (paraphrasing) "We're going to help protect the rebels of Libya".

The problem with saying that is what if the no-fly zone doesn't protect the rebels and Quaddafi starts kicking the rebel's butts on the ground? What then? Is Obama's war then a failure? Or will Obama be forced to put troops in Libya (which is something everyone asserted will not happen)?

What exactly is a "no fly" action supposed to accomplish for rebels on the ground? It may stop some of the troops, but it will not help urban centers and Quaddafi strongholds. Obama's war may fragment Libya instead. What then? Obama will then be portrayed by the Middle East as weak and embolden Quaddfi and Bahrain to push even more.

Where are all the Bush haters who spewed vitriol over GWII over this? That's what I want to know. Did they turn into chicken hawks all of a sudden?

US forces are attacking ground troops and armored vehicles.

That isn't a no fly zone.

Quite the contrary. When the missiles explode at their locations, they'll both be flying quite high.

No support from China.
No support from Russia.
No support from India.
No support from Germany.
No support from Poland.
No support from Latin American countries.
And on and on and on.

All we have is what? France, GB, Spain, Canada, and a couple others? This is pretty much the same as Bush's Gulf War II. Yet, Bush haters said there was no support for GWII and yet, with pretty much the exact same support, now say the whole world is with them. The hypocrisy is breath taking.

Instead of "war", it's "humanitarian military action".
Now it's perfectly fine to bomb them.

Obama took very good notes from Clintoon. Hit them with missiles instead of ground forces and you can create the illusion you're still the peace man.

CNN

Wow, the most anti American liberal station we have is trying to cover for Obamas decision to get involved.

How do they know it is not Iraq?

Can they see into the future or something?

Do they know if Obama is going in for the oil yet?

A little premature to be already lining up the excuses for Obama deciding to go to war dont you think?

Give it a rest, we will see how this plays out but goodness this tells me they are already lining up the liberals who cannot think for themselves to believe this is not like the other war.

Oh yea, we went to war without asking the congress to vote on it this time? That is what is so different?

Yep and to add to that...

All libs do is spout you have to learn from history. Well, what did history teach us about sending cruise missiles to Afghanistan and Bosnia? Without any hint of subsequent ground troops, all the missiles did was annoy the enemy at the time, and then embolden them to do worse things. We later found out we had to send in troops anyways.

Is this the scenario that the Bush haters want to happen now? Where are they? Did they turn into chicken hawks overnight?
