You know, the budget bill that, for the first time in two centuries, did NOT get presented, debated, or passed by the shiftless Pelosi rabble (whoops, I mean the last Congress)?

Wouldn't you say that the dems, who shirked their constitutional duty last year, are the root cause of the hurry now?
