I do think though in a crazy way Obama has hurt black men b/c people think Obama is a socialist and now people think black men are socialists. The crazy thing is traditionally black people have conservative values.
It's not black men's fault that some people would be inclined to think that. Your choice to be biased is neither my problem nor my responsibility.

I honestly believe that many would rather have a white guy they can criticize without the friggin' race card being played! I think there's a lot of buyer remorse out there.

We are so polarized right now! I've never seen it this bad in my life time.

Obama has blown it for the bruthas...
Everybody knows that there's some component in skin that causes people to think and behave a certain way.

Melanin is associated with irrationality, aggression, stupidity, lower intelligence. Everybody knows this...

And "as a black man" of course you understand it.

It's tired!
What if it's true.

What if it's not?

What if we ignore it.

Obama can't be criticized without someone saying they're against him because of his "race". That's not going to change because this nation has never had a NATIONAL CONVERSATION ABOUT RACE ISSUES EVER.

It's never going away until that conversation begins.

Concepts of race die hard. They need to die. This nation can't work together because everyone is so tribal.

That's the problem with multiculturalism.

NO COHESIVENESS
NO HOMOGENEITY
NO UNITY

It's all stupid because that unity is based on shared physical or ethnic/cultural characteristics.

WE NEED TO GET PAST IT.

As a nation we need to solve it and move on.

I'm tired of the unenlightened bigots of all ethnic backgrounds.

I gotta say I really feel bad for black Americans.......but I can't say I'm surprised that the first black President is a complete and utter failure. I mean will blacks ever wake up and realize that it's not a white black issue anymore? Its' about the color of money. Black people need to be more independent, more self reliant. They need to start educating their youth. They need to let sports and rap culture that is destroying their communities take a back seat to learning, education, farming, etc. White people need black people. Black people need white people. This fight is bigger than both of our races. It's about the plutocracy that has existed for 200+ years in this country and even longer throughout the world. This plutocracy that controls our government through corporations does not care about blacks or middle class white Americans. In fact they've pretty much bought and paid for blacks through welfare and their increasing reliance on it. But white Americans and hispanics aren't far behind. All Obama cares about is making it into the "club". If he's not already there.

This plutocracy has destroyed middle America, Argentina and many LA countries, Mexico, much of Africa, and has their sights on the middle east.

I believe many Americans could careless if another black man gets the President sit. Just as long as his policies are American supported. Not rammed down our throats as Obama and Pelsoi did with the Health Care.

Herman Cain has some good ideas. So funny you all push for a black man where is your support for a "Native American President"!! Really need to get off the notion he's a black man and should be put in office.

How about voting on ones policies and being proud to be AMERICAN!!!

(shakes head) You obviously are ignoring my original post. That is your choice.

But is the cry of racism justified on policy issues? Can you answer that?

White folks are getting tired of being called racist whenever the other side can't come up with answers to issues or questions concerning this man or if they dislike his policies!! Did we not have people asking about Bush's grades? His military service? Dan Rather lost his gig trying to fake Bush's service record! Was that racist??? No! It was stupid! If Bush was black, would it be racist then? NO!

AND THESE ARE WHITE PEOPLE THAT VOTED FOR HIM!!!

I honestly believe that many would rather have a white guy they can criticize without the friggin' race card being played! I think there's a lot of buyer remorse out there.

You have a good thought sir, but I am a White guy, as anti Obama as they come & I may well vote for Herman Cain if he runs or Allen Keyes if he runs again. I voted for Keyes before in primaries.

Obama is 1 man. He doesn't make or break my opinion of the whole Black race or individual Blacks.

It just cracks me up to see Obama dressed and compared to Hitler. And Hitler would probably would turn in his grave (if he had one ) if he found out he was compared to Obama.
