What has the death of OBL done to create jobs or lower the price of gas?? It is a non-issue to most Americans. OBL was as relevant as the Season 4 runner-up on American Idol.
C'mon, you know what I mean. The red areas, the tea party areas, you know the places shown on youtube where people saying racist things about Obama? Yeah those places, I wonder if their opinion has changed.
Maybe the President could just take a trip home and ask the people of the Chicago Tea Party...
Better not show that, the radical right will whine and complain that those lazy, greedy, scumbag union firefighters are just sitting around and cheering on taxpayer dime
It's not just the deep south, the radical right nationwide still unbelievably (or not) hate Obama and are continuing to bash him even after this massive victory for america and humanity. These people will never approve of anything someone without an (R) next to their name does, let alone a black man.
Massive victory? Yes, he is dead, but anyone who thinks this is the end needs to hear what people in NYC are saying, those who lost loved ones: they believe is, this is just the start and we need to give credit to our military.
For those of you who think this seals his re-election: show me one place where the driving issues facing us included the death of Bin. This is not to take credit away from anyone, it is just to make it clear there are so many other issues facing us today and to make it clear, the death of Bin is just the start controlling terroism.

Where do you get the idea these areas are only in the south?
and report whether or not their opinion of Barack Obama has changed now that Osama is dead.
I'm curious, any journalist site plan on doing this? i'm be interested in watching the video.
So you are saying that liberals will based everything they feel about one person concerning ONE thing... so you expect the same out of people of the opposite political spectrum... sounds like somebody is in need of a reality check...
Will someone go down to South Carolina and them extremely red states

You want someone to "go down to South Carolina and them (those) extremely red states" and report back? lol.
You intimate that people are racists because they disagree with Obama which is your first incorrect and ill-informed assumption. Yet you assume most in this southern state are racist and against Obama.
Acutally Obama swept this state in the primary election against Hillary C (who is white BTW). So if your assumption was correct then the state would not have gone overwhelmingly for Obama against the white Hillary but they did.
Your assumptions reeks prejudice just as you accuse the state of S.C of being such.

I think much of the deep South is busy trying to clean up from the tornado and find shelter. Let us see what Obama's econmic policies to to make their load easier. Will he cut charitable deductions and keep people from donating in the long-term to help them? Will gas prices go so high that homeowners will turn to renters? Will business re-build and open their doors so that those hardest hit can return to being employed or will the economy drop to such a level that they don't bother?
