I hire people all the time based on their resumes, I don't know what that would have to do with being a "big shot" since I haven't heard anyone use that term in the last 15 years.
I have never used the phrase African American in real life....it is a stupid phrase to make black people feel better somehow.
There is nothing you can say to make me feel better. You don't have that power. What esteem i do have isn't contingent on how you feel or what you call me. Besides, i already feel good, and i don't even know you.
And i don't care whether or not you've ever used the AA term. As long as you don't use the N word or some other pejorative term in my presence, it's all good. And surely you don't....that much i know.

I'm aware that you don't know me at all, that just makes your wild assumptions about me that much more ignorant... but now that we got that out of the way, I wasn't trying to make you feel better and really couldn't care less how you feel about anything. I'll use whatever term I want whenever I want around whoever I want and there's nothing you can do to stop me, that's the best part about freedom of speech. And before you go off on some crazy tangent like you always do, no you wouldn't do a damn thing to try to stop me because somehow I don't believe you're quite that crazy. If you don't want people to call you something give them a reason to believe you don't deserve to be called that, your attempt at intimidation has failed miserably just like usual.

Yea, you have freedom of speech. But you and i both know that you use it VERY judiciously in this case. Keep frontin'.....but i know better.
