#1. Both of those attacks were home grown terrorists - American nationals.
#2. There wasn't any "islam" connection (money, terrorist cell) to either the OKC or DC Sniper (except John Malvo was a convert no evidence he was anything except a jailhouse Muslim no connection to any major terrorist leaning Imam).
#3. Anyone who knows anything about terrorists knows that they use weaknesses to infiltrate a system.
Norway's weakness in security was on display today. Let's hope they take full advantage of what happened to reinforce their national security, because if there's one hole anywhere it will be exploited again.
You are incorrect on #1 and #2, there was much more to it. You need to do your homework, seriously.
I will not attack Norway on the very day she has suffered such a great loss of innocent life. Pointing the finger of conjecture saves no ones' lives today. Obviously, YMMV
There were lessons to be learned by OKC, by attacks upon Israeli school children, and the attacks that created the terror at Beslan, and again today on the island in Norway in regard to the safekeeping of children. Sadly, much of the Western world still ignores those lessons.
Not a problem, since all terrorists are Muslim anyone that was not a follower of Islam at the time of their terrorist activity will be deemed to have converted retroactively back to the time of their birth. Consider it the inverse of the "no bad Christian" rule.
Even if this guy isn't a Muslim, I'm still going to be angry when the worldwide Muslim community once again fails to denounce non-Muslim terrorism in addition to not speaking up about Muslim terrorism. How can we trust any of them if they won't speak out against every instance of terrorism ever...
Now that it is looking more likely that the bombing and mass shooting in Norway was committed by a Norwegian right wing extremist, I am worried about copycat terror attacks in the United States.

Yup there will be about 10 threads about this guy's politics.
After 20 pages of accusations of Muslim extremists I've not yet seen one of those making these accusations admit they were wrong, but then again, when you listen to Fox and Limbaugh that's not surprising, as being wrong is normal.
No wonder the DHS said rightwing extremism is dangerous, this is proof.
It's only a matter of time until McVeigh 2.0 I'm afraid

That is exactly what is wanted of you and other Americans. Do you really think that the heightened chatter by DHS about terrorist attacks and looking suspiciously at middle class white Americans as terrorists in coincidental in timing? Surely not. The powers that be want you to be afraid, be suspicious. Here, let me get you another glass of Kool-aid. Keep drinking until you think only the government can protect you. Have another glass until you are ready to surrender all your liberties.
