Yep ... Obama did much more than cut the military ... he changed the rules of engagement which tied our soldiers hands behind their back, restricted their ability to fight and defend themselves, as a result our troops suffered many more deaths and injuries ... Obama even changed the way we interrogate captured enemy combatants ... removed the CIA from the battle field so they don't get interrogated .... they get miranda rights as if they were US citizens in a police action ... as a result we get no intelligence from the captured enemy soldiers ...

Yeah ... we heard what happened with that ... supposedly Obama did come to an agreement with Bonehner (Boner) but at the last minute Obama reneged on the agreement and wanted much more ... Bonehner realized Obama was not negotiating in good faith and probably never intended to come to an agreement.

The high level terrorist that were killed were killed by unmanned drone attacks and intelligence gathered by other means. Actually, with the action today in Pakistan, it looks like Obama was able to shut that operation down since the drones were based in Pakistan and now they are being kicked out.

As far as the changes to the rules of engagement ... I can't produce the actual rules since they are classified ... but here is a link that talks about it to some degree. If you know someone who served in Afghanistan then asked them to explain the changes and the impacts on our troops.
