I switched my motorcycle insurance away from Progressive for political reasons, and there are certain actors whose movies I refuse to watch (if it means putting a single penny into their pocket), also for political reasons. I don't shop at stores that don't want to allow me to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights on their property.
I switched my homeowners policy from Allstate to another company, not just another agent, but a whole 'nother company because my agent had an Obama poster in her waiting room.

If you cram your politics down the throats of your customers, you're gonna lose customers.

Think i will go down a get and good Chick-fil-A sandwich - it is near the place where I can buy a bratwurst - which I still need to do to celebrate Scott Walker winning in the recall effort.

I stopped eating there 2 years ago when all of the stories broke out, although I had to "wean" myself off of their food. while doing this, I used a get 1 free sandwich coupon and always paid with credit card to make sure that they got the least profit margin possible. Don't eat there anymore though. It's sad that so many good fast food restaurants have that Christian thing going on.

Why is it "sad"?

What is sad is that you would choose not to eat their just because yiu don't like the religion that they promote - yet you get up in arms when people boycott places as a tactic against something that you support.

Can you say "hypocrite" - in reference to yourself?

Default Chick-Fil-A's Anti-Gay Donations Totaled Nearly $2 Million In 2010

I eat where I want and buy what I want, I don't investigate any company I buy from, it's a waste of time for me, life goes on. I want to eat from this place but it's in a part of town I rarely go to.
