Yes we do know. Hawaiian records dept was asked specifically, FOA, and stated that neither she nor anyone representing her had requested to see documentation.
This is (a typically garbled) Birther lie that never dies. The Hawaii DoH has never stated this.

First, Birthers must assemble an actual case that can manage to get into court. They have proven more than 80 times already that civil court is not the way to go... only a criminal proceeding can get around the (created by conservatives) hurdle of Article 3 standing.
But of course... a criminal proceeding actual requires evidence. The fact that there has been no criminal proceeding initiated by any of the fleet of Birther lawyers pretty much demonstrates that Birthers have no evidence that any crime has been committed, starting with no evidence that the birth certificates are fakes.
Make sure you let that sink in. There is no evidence that the birth certificates are fake.

Or perhaps the vetting has already been honest and no corruption is genuinely evident. Given the unremitting three plus years of epic Birther fail, the likelihood that this is the true situation simply grows and grows.

Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those “born in the allegiance of the United States [] natural-born citizens.”
No, the election process is NOT the vetting process.
225 years of American History proves you wrong.

You are mistaken. No discussion took place. There were no hearings. there was no debate. They reviewed no records. They called no witnesses.

Since Obama was born in the US, there was no need for similar action.
No, the issue is people are stupid, not what the specific stupid belief is.
Given the fact that so many are clueless that anyoneBORN subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign country is not a natural born citizen, I'd have to agree with you.

"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948.That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children."

they are not competing with each other so i have no reason, or desire, to juxtapose the two.

D. How do you think Obama is worse for America than GWBush was and how do you think the Republican ideas being pushed by the current candidates will be a radical change from what Obama has proposed????????????????????
If that "fact" actually held any weight, then at least one of the court cases would've stuck.
Seeing how Obama hasn't been proven by the court as not a natural born citizen, I do believe that Birthers are still just ranting raving idiots and anyone continuing that line of thought is just a idiotic wasteful American.
