Who's fault is that? It is the fault of the recalcitrant administration who wanted nothing to do with her initial claims, therefore leaving here no other option than legal recourse.
If Christians respected the 1st Amendment in the first place, then none of this would be happening. However, somehow you have the gall to blame her and activist.

If American citizens as a whole understood the Constitution, there would be far fewer actions like this.
Of course she got the flowers. They were probably calling flower shops until they found some that wouldn't send them to her so they could sue.
Wonder how far out they had to call..could be 9 towns over where they didn't hear the story yet. Small towns are vicious and word passes quicker then you can snap your fingers.
Their unwillingness to serve this girl flowers is a prime example of petty vindictiveness. However, you seem to sweep this part under the rug.
In addition, you are also sweeping the Civil Rights Act under the rug and claim that business have the right to discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, etc. A business that serves the public does not have the right to discriminate, despite your Constitutional claims of otherwise.

Not if you serve the public. We have moved past the separate, but equal phase in our society. It is time for you to catch up. It is 2012, not the 1950's.

As the federal court ruled, it was unconstitutional and it needed to removed or altered. The school could have easily altered the school prayer, but choose not to.
As with the religiousness has shown over and over, it either their way or threats of violence, persecution, ostracizing, and harassment. Some of you need to learn a little something about tolerance.
