Wasn't Kucinich one of the few politicians who opposed the war since the beginning? So who in DC will oppose war mongering in the future?

Let me use an analogy. Most politicians in the US act like the worst parents imaginable. If we want *stuff* they will go bankrupt buying it for us. If we are upset with another kid on the playground they will go punch them for us. If we gorge ourselves on burgers and fries and finish last at school in a race, they will tell us the other kids cheated. If we shoot our dog while playing with a gun....they will blame the gun.

It's a shame. We need balance. Even though I don't agree with everything Paul says, we need guys like him in government. We need more mavericks, true mavericks, not phoney ones.
He can always run as an independant. Or take a job as a lobbyist for the big banking interests. Without his political position though his marriage might now be in jeopardy. Might be, I mean will be.
