In a lot of neighborhoods yeah, but in the hood bullying may means being victim of a violent crime at a young age in a school setting. Weather that means getting beat up constantly for no reason or getting robbed for your homework and lunchmoney at knifepoint in the bathroom or getting shot at on the way home from school.
My problem with the anti-bullying movement is they seem to only focus on weeklings at the nice schools that get called four eyes an can't handle everyone not liking and being nice to them. They don't ever shed light on kids at bad schools that are not weak, that could probably bully the bullies at nice schools with ease that are being bullied to the point where they are afraid to go to school or even outside to play because the bullies are all so ruthless, cold and violent. There are unfortunatly places in this country where being bullied means fearing for your life. This for some reason is completely ignored by the media.
