Wrong, if a Walmart is in a area with a heavy concentrate of foreign language speakers they would have the appropriate signage.
Not necessarily true. I was in a Walmart in Renton, Washington a couple of months ago and it had to be one of the most diverse assembly of people I've seen in my life. Mind you I was born and raised in New York City. You could have easily asked these people where they were from or where they're parents were from and been within about 1,000 miles of damn near anyplace on the planet based on their answer.

ALL THE SIGNS WERE IN ENGLISH!
No Spanish sub text? If not, it would be because there are very few Spanish speaking people in that region.
If there was a large percentage of french, Chinese or japanese there would be sub text there. The thing is Spanish speakers out number all others combined.
Just a little FYI: English isn't the native language of the Americas, neither is Spanish. English: England Spanish: Spain
Hole I dug? Twisting in the wind? Grasping at straws? Your utopia isn't quite what you think it is. What complete absence in the USA of health care? If you show up to an emergency room you will get treated, thats not complete absence as you claim.
Are you for real? When you qualify for emergency room its all ready too late.
What about preventative medicine?
There is so many people in the us who simply can't afford to see a doctor and get the tests done. Its a shame.

I guess you've never been to the Seattle area. It has one of the highest concentrations Asians of any big city in the United States. And no, there was not one sign with Japanese, Chinese or Korean characters, despite the fact that I could have walk out that Walmart and taken a rock and hit any number of Thai, Vietnamese, Korean or Chinese restaurants.

I must be for real, unless you think I'm a figment of your imagination.
The discussion was about the poverty rates of Norway, Germany, and Sweden vs the USA being different (except they really aren't that much different overall especially when Germany has a higher rate than the USA), introducing preventative medicine is irrelevant.
