You personally did not, but, you responded to one of my posts where I responded to someone who did, and does.

How are they taking them? At gunpoint?

Again, if Americans stepped up and applied for the jobs there wouldn't be any jobs for illegals to take.

The 4-year university costs, plus housing---hmmm---$7.25 an hour doesn't cut it.
$7.25 an hour doesn't cut melted butter in 2012.

For entry level, little to no skills required work ? $7.25/hr seems fine for that description. The problem is that adults are taking these jobs and trying to turn them into careers.

Yes, he did nail it.

It's incredible that some really believe the fewer and fewer taxpayers can just support not only all the college students, provide them free college so they don't have to stoop to working for their tuition money, but also support all the displaced Americans forever and also support all the illegals coming to work for $5 an hour and have very large families they obviously cannot support on those very low wages.

Thanks to very large scale immigration, the population of the USA is growing at an incredible rate -- third world rates -- while the jobs are leaving the country.

Liberals seem to truly believe all American workers can and should be replaced and the government can just take care of them indefinitely.

The deal is, now the Federal government says kids can't do that theses days.
They have inflated the dollar so much, cost of living has not increased, the value of your pay has decreased.
So, a job you love to do that put you in the middle class and a nice lifestyle, no longer does that because pay in inflated dollar bills, has not kept up with rapid inflation.

If you make $20 an hour, your really only making .80¢ an hour, with the dollar worth .04¢
Yep, I used to think, as most people do, that inflation simply meant things were getting more expensive. No, it's the value of our fiat money going in the toilet.

Likewise, Conservatives seem to truly believe all American workers can and should be working for 10 cents on the dollar while they pay no taxes and everything will be just fine.

Apparently you are one who believes cheap labor illegal immigration -- with many millions pouring into the country to take jobs that teenagers can and should do is the answer to all the problems.

And give those illegals the Dream Act too because they also think they're too good for certain "lowly" jobs and have the taxpayers put them through the university of their choice.

Exactly how do you propose that the permanently unemployed Americans be supported? Raise taxes? Obviously the illegals supporting 8 or 9 kids on $7.35 an hour and even less aren't paying any income taxes.

A 17 year old kid can accept a $7.35 fast food job because his parents pay the rent or mortgage for the house he lives in and provide him health insurance, but all those cheap illegals you think we should bring in end up being taxpayer burdens for their health care and living costs.

Minimum wage actually keeps wages low.

It is now a government mandated measuring tool. A lot of jobs that start at minimum wage, would actually pay a lot more to do, if there were not a minimum wage.

Supply and demand would dictate the worth of your labor, not the government keeping it low, to bring us in line with 3rd world nations in a global progressive socialist idea, to redistribute the wealth around the globe, by inflation the rich nations dollars.

No -- they believe that wages are naturally adjusted by supply and demand.

In normal situations, when corporations and other businesses compete for a limited labor pool, they must raise wages or other benefits to attract labor.

Now the whole balance is thrown off -- corporations are encouraged to relocate to China for $0.25 an hour labor or they are encouraged to bring in illegals in unlimited numbers to take jobs that cannot be sent to China.

The supply of labor has now become unlimited -- and it's all about driving wages way way down.
