The state of Tennessee needs to write updated laws. Broke citizens having 30 children on minimum wage will even further bankrupt it.
Thing is these 'Welfare mothers" were looking to get pregnant. If not him then someone else. A very sad ploy to get more money. Welfare should cap benefits at 4 kids.
Don't really know what the answer is, but the guys nuts should at least be removed.
