That was from a 5 second google search. Go to pictures 12, 20, 42, 45. And those are the tame scenes from the parade. To answer your question, yes I was there. I did see men fondle each other, and in several cases blow each other.
As to Carnival in Salvador, I don't remember seeing anyone fully nude. Nor do I remember seeing sex acts. I remember the lead up where everyone was promising sex on the streets but it just never happened. I saw a lot of men dressed as women, I saw a lot of men force women into kissing (grab by the hair, etc) but that's about. San Francisco was on a whole another level in terms of seeing nudity and sex acts.
Yeah, those pictures don't prove your point, I have seen all that in NYC and Portland during their Pride Parades. Heck, you see a ton of boobs with the Dykes on Bikes part of the parade.

I've never seen people walk around naked anywhere else but San Francisco. It may happen in NYC or Portland. Never been to a gay pride parade there.
