Why would you need to have one? Straights are not fighting for their civil and human rights.

When the day comes that gays and straights are equal in the eyes of the law, I would imagine the displays will cease.

NO - because I don't think "gay" and "straight" should even be included in our lexicon. "Straight" in this context implies a valid homosexual alternative. There is no valid homosexual alternative. Everyone is straight, but some are straighter than others.

No. And I'm over gay pride parades. They may have surved a purpose at one point but now they are just annoying.

I don't know..on one hand I love a parade! On the other...it just does not make much sense to me...I have attended gay pride for a few years back in the 90's..

Since I can marry legally, make deicisions in my wife's critical medical care, don't fear someone will kill or seriously beat me because I'm straight, adopt a child, then, no, there's no reason for me to participate.
