It was. Klayman just finally paid off that $78,000 in back child support he owed. Three months ago he was telling the court he was flat broke. Birthing has been very profitable for him.

Why must I use a blog to hold up or vice versa a blog in order to get at truth. I listened for over 30 minutes there and found only the judge embarrassing an attorney about conception and birth that I though very funny. There we had an attorney representing a Democrat being put on the spot about something that may well have been used in an abortion agreement.
I have been directed to that blog more than once and don't see anything other than a blog and I prefer Godfather since I think like they do on most, not all, questions. Ok, you are now put on notice if you use any blog without using an opposing blog in your thread posts. Is that fair, or does that rule only apply to me?
But when a man is flying all over the country campaigning on my dime I wonder how he can campaign like that before being nominated. Just think how much money our government could have saved by forcing him to campaign on his own money till he is officially nominated. Is there a chance that Hillary will begin campaigning against him before September 3? Hell no, but he is still campaigning full force for re-election, even up to making unconstitutional executive orders to win some votes. I would think that until he is nominated, officially, he should not be campaigning and spending so much of OUR money to do it.
I will say one thing, if this birther thing were to ever succeed it should be the total end of all civility toward the Republicans and the rightwing. It is something which the Democrats should never forgive or forget and revenge should be their top priority. Forget any let's move on or well that's in the past or any of that bull****. That's the way it should be but sadly the Democrats will probably be too wimpy

Ignoring that it's not on your dime, you apparently have no clue whatsoever regarding the basics of our political process. In this country (on this planet) you actually have to campaign to get the nomination in the first place.
It seems to me that they need to get busy and nominate someone for President with the election just over 4 months away. The man must have been very desperate with the judge to tell him something like that.
What happens if the judge takes the lawyer's words as truth? Does that take Obama's name from the Florida ballot?
Please note that this judge has been pretty important in our history just 12 years ago. It was his decision the Democrats had to appeal to the US Supreme court. Maybe he can do it again.

How much of the jet fuel being used to fly The ONe from campaign stop to campaign stop is paid for by the Democrat Party or by Obama, himself. Yes, I do think that we are paying for that and he has been doing it for over a year. Is there some kind of order that allows that advantage to the incumbent? I didn't know about that in 2004 when the left was howling about Bush doing the same thing. I guess you folks have changed the double standard rules since then. Hell, we all know what the real incumbent advantage is but I still don't have to like it.
