Do you really think $6T in deficits are better?

What exactly is better?
So in other words:
Ignore the article because I don't like the facts that help President Obama in spite of Romneys dishonesty.

Some are here to deflect. They don't like the OP so they choose to attack posters instead of intelligently talking about the topic. Pay them no mind and consider the source.

Back to the topic. It will be interesting to see what Scott does in Response. At the end of the day, he will probably care more about his own political aspirations than those of Romney.

I lived in Florida up until last October, and things really did get better. I was able to quit my job to stay home full time, we bought a house on a nice piece of land in the country. We even bought a new car.

Mississippi seems to be the same. We bought a house here on 10 acres, I still don't need to work outside the home.

What is worse about your life?

That is an interesting post. HOw many people are actually worse than before. Certainly the people who are unemployed are in a worse position, but how in the world do people think that they are going to vote for the Republican party. The Republican party who has worked very hard to cut benefits to the unemployed.

I am in a far better position than I was 3 and a 1/2 years ago. WHich Republican poster on the board is in a worse position?

If a single state getting better is due to Obam, why isn't the entire country getting better?

It will always be better in states with strong, conservative leadership.

Those in retail know without a shadow of a doubt that things are worse.

Nice job ignoring pghquest's post.

Can't defend your own thread?

Last month, in spite of thousands dropping off the unemployment rolls, unemployment increased.

How are things better when unemployment is increasing?

Civilian workforce participation is at 68.3%, only March was worse going back thirty years.

How is that better?

Then there should be no need for Romney campaign to plead to these governors.

I do not ignore his individual posts. I ignore him all together. The ignore button is a wonderful thing. Every now and then IMO you make some good points and far less apt to make personal attacks instead of discussing the topic, which is why I don't have you on ignore.

The OP was not about whether the economy is better or worse, but about Romney telling a Republican Governor not to say it is getting better because he wants the people in his state to blame everything that is bad on Obama and do dampen the mood.

Before Scott has said, "'Companies are hiring, expanding, putting more Floridians to work,' 'Florida’s unemployment rate continues to get better.' This is not what Romney wants to hear.
