If they walk out (R or D or I or whatever), don't come back later complaining you did not have a say in the matter. You walked out so you gave up your say in whatever it is.
Apparently everybody has me on their ignore list. I already stated this all political grandstanding and you guys are trying to make it about race. Almost all of the Democrats walked out if you guys didn't notice. Also, I see no one is responding to my link about the Republicans all walked out on a vote for contempt back in 2008. Nobody called that racial. They called it political grandstanding just like this. I don't understand how you guys are ignoring this and keep to banging your heads against a brick wall like it would make a difference.
Republicans are emotional creatures… They throw sanity out of the window when their theories are proved incorrect… Deep down inside they know this protest wasn’t racist but they refuse to admit it because it would mean separating from their party’s ideology…
Race before the rule of law, is that it? Oddly enough, I thought supeonas were color blind as are the requirements to comply with them under the rule of law. Would AG-Holder's DOJ accept non-compliance x 8 mos. on a subpeona they issued without similarly filing contempt charges? Or, would it depend upon the color of a person's skin how AG-Holder's DOJ applied the law?
You are clearly looking over what I responded to here. Let me help you remember…
“The truly sad thing about the African American community is that most try to better themselves, but most black leaders are wolves in sheep's clothing, and do nothing but exploit the black community for their own selfish gain.”
The Conservatives are simply trying to make political points with this contempt nonsense. Astounding how petty they have become. I applaud this move by these incredibly brilliant black lawmakers.
This whole use of racisim in politics is just a smoke screen being used to distract from the real issues....like Holder lies....Obama...lies...congress bickers and sticks their heads in the sand.....and is bullied by the likes of Pelosi...THE real issue is our country and our rights are being taken away like no other time in the history of this country....
Let me guess, we need a lilly white solution... The African American community is represented by politicians just like all other communities in America...
Nope, there are plenty of outstanding black politicians. Unfortunately, they are in the minority. To be fair, outstanding politicians of all colors are in the minority.

I was trying to make a similar point... Certain people on CD will take every opportunity to single out and criticize black folk...
