It CAN fail it doesn't mean it WILL fail. My wife was on BC for 2 years before we decided to have another child and she went off. It lasted 2 years perfectly. Abortion is murder because you are killing a living being.

Of course it doesn't mean it WILL fail, just that it can. The problem with people like you is that you try to frame the issue as a matter of responsibility. Problem with that is that plenty of responsible people have unplanned an unwanted pregnancies.
And again, murder, BY DEFINITION, cannot be born out of a legal act.
God forbid a woman should have the right to choose according to her own free will...
She executed numerous choices: have sex, not using birth control or not using it properly, acting responsibly or irresponsibly and many others.

Then when they go to the hospital for something they screwed up they can be charged with murder. It won't take to many times to get people either use some condoms or other BC or use an adoption service. When it comes to saving lives everything in the book should be used to make sure the horrible act of baby murder is ended.
Since so many men seem so concerned with abortion, why don't you start a movement to get guys to stop having sex?
