What makes your consent important? It's not important at all. Mother nature doesn't give even a second thought to your consent. Does it give any value to the gazelle as it's chased and eaten by a lion?

Consent is meaningless.

Government pretends to give you a "right" to consent but can take it away when it wants. You either have to hide, run, or organize enough (and form a competing government) to counteract.

Smells do get into apartments --- not just smoking but cooking smells, too.
