No actualy I would move to a place that does acknoledge my rights , and that is exactly what I did. But many here would like to see then taken away too.

Considering that there is not state in the entirety of the USA where a homosexual married couple are seen as equals to a heterosexual married couple in regards to federal programs like FMLA, are you suggesting that all homosexuals should leave the country in order to be treated as human beings with equal rights?

It must be nice to be able to pick up and move when laws are passed to deny you your rights, but some of us aren't that lucky.

Actualy my sugestion would be for them to come to their senses and realize that they are fighting the wrong battle. They want to argue about a word. If they were not so addament about " the word" they would already have what it is they should be fighting for. Makes them as foolish as the people they are fighting against.

And considering in places where gays have civil unions they are still not treated equal to a heterosexual marriage, what then?
Most people fighting for homosexual marriage don't care what it's called - only that whatever "it" is, is applicable to any and all parties and equal in all regards. Whether it's marriage for all or civil unions for all. The whole separate but equal thing is already a failure.
