If they were students at the time I don't care if they were 50. Break a public trust at minimum get fired. I am sure she sign paper work to that effect when hired and that she could be subject to criminal prosecution.

Well, if any of them were her students, it could still be seen as an abuse of power. Granted, it's much easier to imagine this sort of scenario when the teacher is a male and the students are female. But it's possible that one or more of these students didn't really want to be involved but feared on some level that she would use her authority as a teacher to retaliate against them in some way if they refused. Even if such a threat is never made, it can be perceived.
Well, if i were one of those kids, my retort is "please...abuse your power!"
