Nope. It's just about everywhere.

Of course, you DO know that the whole purpose of a permit for your gazebo is to protect YOUR property values from the guy down the street who would build a 2 story monstrosity out of old beer cans if left to his own devices, don't you?

No it's not.. It's to generate more tax revenue from the improvement on your property.

I sold those beer cans as scrap to buy my RPG's.
