Then your clinic is not doing very good job of educating these girls and their sex partners. The clinics around here won't even give a girl a pregnancy test until she and the potential father sits through a video on birth control. And that happens no matter how many times they come in for a pregnancy test plus the second time they also have to see a nurse to make sure they understand what they just watched and how to use birth control properly.
