Nope. A far cry from a slippery slope argument when mush-for brain Liberals blindly elect/appoint individuals in their local governments that subscribe to this NWO environmental crap. The increasing use of eminent domain to usurp private ownership of land will not be objected to by the Left because in their warped minds, they believe it is for "the common good". The problem with that is "common good" is as lacking as "common sense" in this country because we are a nation of INDIVIDUALS.

A redesignation of National Forest Land which can still be logged but which now has species management rules like the law requires them to do since the endangered species act was passed in 1973. Why that most certainly is PROOF that 25 year old voluntary guidelines to help design more livable cities in a secret plot by the UN to take over the country.
