(C) That shotgun is probably long gone. Prowly had the serial numbers filed off and was stolen....maybe even under 18" barrel without a SBS or AWO BATF Federal taxstamp. Not that a 17 year old could get one anyway...you must be 21. You have to be at least 18 to buy a regular shotgun. I wouldn't be "rollin' " around town with it if I was under 18 either. Four gangbanger looking "thugs" sure as hell ain't hunting with it.

(D) If shots were fired, they should have went into the perps. You don't shoot up a attackers vehicle numbnut.

(E) If in fact shots were fired....Police should have been called right away. You don't move or go anywhere. Stay put until they are done with you.
The only thing that is stated correctly here is E. Everything else smells like hot garbage in July.

Ohhhh

So now you want to play benefit of the doubt?

I wonder if you would play this same game had the races of the subjects were switched.

Nah, I have several good reasons to doubt these guys were minding their own little business. They were shot at not once, not twice....but like 8 times.

Shooter obviously had "the juice" and was in fear of something.

Tell me...would you dump eight or more rounds into someone (or a target) who just gave you the middle finger? I don't think so.

I think it was a "shotgun".

JMHO

I don't know why I'm even bothering discussing this with you. You are making it a racial issue.

So why didn't they shoot back?

Old white bread got the drop on them....THAT's why.

Why is the white dude in trouble?

For leaving the scene of a shooting.

I can't argue with folks who have no concept of how a gunfight actually transpires or WHY someone WINS!
Wow. not too bright I see. I am trying to figure out how they are thugs. Nothing they did actually attributes thuggish behavior.

Don't you think it is funny that you want to give the guy that shot up a car and fled the scene, slept at his hotel, then fled the county the benefit of doubt as opposed to 4 unarmed teens that actually got shot at.

You are the one that came here and demonized them. You called them thugs and said they were probably packing and managed to hide their weapon(s) before police arrived.

This is a case of irrational fear like I stated earlier in the thread. The man was stupid and had an irrational fear. Sheesh.

This shooting has nothing to do with stand your ground or self defense. A totally avoidable situation. You have a responsibility to specifcally avoid trouble if you conceal carry and this guy could have just driven away.....

One round because he was scaring them or was a little trigger happy? Yeah...I can see that. That doesn't make that shooting legal either.

But what was it? Eight or more?

Poor little kids my freaking ass.

It`s amazing how the cheerleaders rally for the shooter whenever a white guy shoots an unarmed black kid. Of course it`s possible that the kids disassembled the gun and devoured the parts and that`s why the police couldn`t find it. Isn`t it?

There is a term...that the Russians use...Hooliganism. If you act like a hooligan and terrorize the community the Russian cops pay you a visit and break some bones...Threatening and hostile behavior should not be tolerated...where is the educational system and the parents regarding the poor training these little goons get? No one has the right to physically damage another human being--In this liberal democracy we seem to focus on words..and "feelings" and "esteem" but we do not curb the use of fists.... In Toronto the liberals had this "hug a thug" mentality...It did not work - so now the cops are rounding them up- youthful offenders...it does not matter...You act like an animal and you are going to the ZOO.
