No, you cannot refuse to. it does not make me a bigot, it makes the town clerk a bigot. I am not against religious people, I am against them forcing their religion down everyones throats. I do not hate religious people, nor do I fear them. If a person does not want to be gay, they can choose what ever they want to do. But many, if not most gay people are happy being gay, they are unhappy with people like you trying to deny us equality, does not make us bigots anymore than black people in the 60's wanting to stop the bans on interracial marriage, were they bigots against white people?
