The bakery does have crosses all over the wall. Maybe the women could have been respectful of the owner's religion and gone elsewhere for this particular service. They are bullies.
Any religion that teaches it is okay to hate and practice discrimination doesn't deserve respect. It is long past time decent, intelligent secularists got in the faces of religious fanatics like this.
so you against a person expressing their 1st Amendment rights? any other rights you think that people should not be allowed to express either?

That would have defeated the point. They wanted to create an issue.

The owner fell right into it he should of used Oldhags logic of telling them his heart is not into it and it would be best to go elsewhere for the cake. Cased closed he does not violate the law the lesbians go elsewhere for the cake and we would have never heard about it.

There was a similar incident in S.Carolina where lesbians chose to eat at a restaurant owned by a Christian, and when the owner evangelized to them, they took it to the media and tried to tear him down, and make him look like did something wrong.
From the OP article he said "his religious beliefs were more important than making money."
But that's ok, we have state and federal laws to force people to go against their religious views and if they don't they face stiff penalties and fines.
Why is that wrong ? From what I read he said he didn't demean them or call them names, just that he didn't do same sex marriages. So just go somewhere else to get that cake. Not like he's the only one in town baking cakes.
Or just get a cake and put your own same sex silhouettes on the cake.

What if someone only baked wedding cakes and refused to bake a birthday cake for you ?
That's the same type of "discrimination" isn't it ?
