When will the public demand that there be changes made to police policies where shoot first is the present protocol.
There is no defense whatsoever for this kind of incident and yet we see it more and more of this kind of senseless attacks on innocent civilians by incompetent LEO.

There may be problems in the LAPD, but he hasn't really helped his credibility. On top of that, to view what he has done as heroic or justified in just sick. Many of you cringe at the idea of the death penalty, but you give this guy a pass because SOME of the people he's targeting are police - even though he targets them at random. Simply disgusting.
There is nothing random about his targets, he warned them that he would be going after their famiies.

He is a psychotic. This is the kind of person everyone should most fear becoming a cop, because it makes it easier for them to cover their tracks. It' s good thing that other cops in this instance didn't stick to the "blue wall" and blew the whistle on his abusiveness, because who knows how many people he would have hurt over the course of his career if he had stayed on the force for years.
you don't know what you're talking about. This whole thing stems from his trainer, or fellow officer, kicking a man that was schizophrenic. He reported the abuse, they took her side instead of his and was fired. He appealed, lost, and here we are.
