It seems no cemetery in the state of MA will allow the older brother to be buried there and the funeral home that has his body is getting a lot of heat from the residents of the city he's in.
What the funeral home should do, is just cremate the body and flush the ashes down the toilet. Done.

Cannot understand why the family does not ship his body home to his country.

I'm shocked that they're not insisting that he be sent home for burial. If they're still in denial about Tamerian's involvement, there's no way they'd let him be buried here. Why isn't the Uncle doing anything?

Well, yes, it should be the wife, but if she doesn't want anything to do with the "remains", then someone from the family should step up. The uncle is the senior member of the family that is in the country.
I've heard something about 2 sisters... are they doing anything?

I can't understand that either. He should be sent home to Chechnya, where his parents reside. Keep the body in one piece, to preserve the evidence. They can bury him in muslim tradition.
Even the worst of serial killers in this country have been buried, this is ridiculous!
from this statement, it sounds like he wanted Chechnya independent of Russia, and supportive of the United States.
Chechnya’s separatist cause struck Tamerlan Tsarnaev deeply, according to a report by photographer Johannes Hirn, who profiled the young Chechen when he was training for a boxing match in 2010. One caption in the report reads: “Unless his native Chechnya becomes independent, Tamerlan says he would rather compete for the United States than for Russia.” The elder Tsarnaev fought for a while as a competitive boxer, taking time off from his studies at Bunker Hill community college in Charleston, Massachusetts. Unless they're arguing about who is to going to pay for the transport, I cannot imagine why the delay.
Muslims strive to bury the deceased as soon as possible after death, so this is very strange. Since the mother does not appear to be returning to the USA anytime soon, one would think that she would want her son's gravesite near her. This is one weird family.
