So, are you defending the fraud committed by these banks?

Hello Eric Holder.
So you don't believe that criminals should be held to account or just some criminals?

Quote:
Two of America's top law-enforcement officials, Attorney General Eric Holder and former Justice Department Criminal Division chief Lanny Breuer, confessed that it's dangerous to prosecute offending banks because they are simply too big. Making arrests, they say, might lead to "collateral consequences" in the economy.

My response is if you don't like the system, don't contribute to the system.

Simple.

That's weak, brah! There's a huge difference between fraud and a system.

The premise is the entire system is rigged and fraudulent. Always.

Don't participate.

The whole fraud is rigged! That forces unwilling and unsuspecting Americans to participate. The first job of the government in America is to protect it's citizens. Our government has turned it's back on us. They're fine with us living in a banking/corporate dictatorship. Given the way money and our current economy works, the vast majority of Americans cannot escape the fraud of these banks. Telling everyone not to participate is absurd, it's not possible. What about locking up the fraudsters? Are you okay with that?

If in fact they are breaking the law, then prosecute them and send them to a dungeon, preferably someplace cold.

Not true.

However, in this case, the system is rigged and fraudulent to some degree. It of course has to be put into perspective, but at a time when our entire country is suffering from the mistakes of fraudulent behavior, you'd expect to be at least condemning of financial corruption.

Do you believe the banks and financial powers at be are involved in price-fixing? To what degree? Do you feel it is fair?
